Title : KDF Bloodwing Class Experimental Destroyer Filename : _K_TNG_Bloodwing.zip Version : 1.0 Final This ship CAN be used in SFC II and SFC: Orion Pirates ONLY It WILL NOT WORK in SFC 1 or SFC: Neutral Zone Date : 02/06/2002 Author : Original Model & textures by Don Woligroski (A.K.A. - Cleeve) Email : soulwolf@escape.ca Credits : Brad at SFB to SFC for making the SCME utility available to us starship lovers, and whose readme file I used as a template as my own! NOTE: use the file K-DX.mod for SFC 2 and SFC: Orion Pirates (with illumination maps) Description of the Mod File --------------------------- This is the ship I designed as guest artist for Starfleet Command: Orion Pirates. When Taldren got a hold of it for release they actually made some minor texture changes I didn't like, so here is the ship in it's original glory! Steps to install ---------------- 1. Make a new directory in your Starfleet Command\Assets\Models\ folder called "_K_TNG_Bloodwing" 2. Copy the contents of the zip file into the new "Starfleet Command\Assets\Models\_K_TNG_Bloodwing\" folder. 3. Finally, open the sfbspc.txt file located in the Starfleet Command\Assets\Specs\ folder with Notepad. Better yet, use the shipedit program to edit the SPBSC13.txt file... you can get it here: http://shipedit.starfleetuniverse.com/ From here you have a choice... you can: 1. Replace the model geometry of one of the existing ships (the C8K, C9K and C10K Dreadnoughts are my picks) with the following \Assets\Models\_K_TNG_Bloodwing\Bloodwing.mod Or : 2. you can insert the Bloodwing stats inbetween the existing row entries of the sfbspc.txt file. <> Copyright and Distribution Permissions -------------------------------------- THIS PATCH IS NOT MADE, DISTRIBUTED, OR SUPPORTED BY INTERPLAY TM & (C) INTERPLAY & PARAMOUNT PICTURES.
